Support was excellent - a difficult problem to diagnose but they persisted and responses were prompt. Finally resolved.

AdGuard is the best. I've used it for years and am a happy customer.

I went to Apple and for the first time they could not solve my problem and directed me to the developer. I followed up with a question to ADGuard and received a quick response with detailed instructions to correct my problem (Could not turn on extensions for ADGuard).

Adguard eliminates ads (Better than other so-called ad blockers, I mean it actually eliminates ads) and support is prompt.

The result was only achieved after 3 attempts on my part. I believe that more attention ought to be made when writing instructions. The better the instructions the less back and forth with the User.

AdGuard support went the extra mile, and replied kindly and swiftly to correct a small sales tax issue on my recent license upgrade. Such fantastic and responsive service is a beautiful thing, and is but one reason why I am a longtime Adguard customer (their flawless ad blocker is the other). It started in the wrong way but you have to praise when someone turns back and admits they were wrong, and started doing the right way. Communication is the key and they know how to do it.

I have to say, this is the best product I've ever used. Installing this on my kid's Fire Tablets has completely stopped the overload of ads and junk promotions they were getting. It actually makes those devices usable again. We use it on all of our devices now, and it's amazing how much advertising has been cut down and how we can use our devices without interruption.

They got back with me in a suitable fashion and this is the BEST AD blocker I've brought. I would recommend it to anybody.

Unbelievably rapid response to my report of an issue! I was fortunately able to resolve the problem myself. A ticket was raised within moments (by AdGuard); subsequently closed (at my request); and acknowledged by AdGuard, all within a matter of a couple of hours. I am now enjoying ad free browsing once again.

You guys responded real quick to my queries. It took you sometime to get warmed up. My initial query took you sometime to first respond to, but once started, you guys responded well and came up with a resolution real quick. That was awesome! Thank You!

AdGuard worked perfectly on my iPhone (though it only supports safari), so I installed it on my MacBook Pro and bought a subscription.

Unfortunately, it drained the battery and made my computer very slow with the fan going crazy. I requested a refund and it was accepted within the same day.

AdGuard has a lot of great options, like the annoyances filters and the ability to customize your personal settings. It’s also easy to navigate in both the app, software and chrome extension.

It might work better for a desktop computer, but I suggest you test it out with the free trial before buying a subscription.

This is the fastest VPN in the world hands down. The speed I am getting while connected to the VPN is exactly the same speed as I would normally get from ISP whereas with other VPNs the speed usually drops drastically. In addition, their tech support is top notch, they will stay with you until any concern is rectified.

Well i messed up and had two subscritions i didnt relise so it stoped working So i sent a msg to them and we sorted out the problem on the same day they were a Great help and all my adds are blocked again ive been using them for a few years now and have told many friends one who is coming for a visit soon and he will see how good it is so he can talk his wife into it,cheers
