AdGuard's customer support is phenomenal! Was having problems trying to reload AdGuard onto a new computer. They recognized the issue right away and were so very helpful in getting it up and running for me. The AdGuard application and their customer support are the very BEST ad blocking software and support and second to none!

Excellent company for blocking ads on any Android device.

Sent email describing difficulty in signing into their software. Response received from AdGuard SEVEN days later- totally unacceptable customer "service". I hope their software is better than their attention to new customers.

I really liked the attention provided, giving an excellent follow-up of the case.

Good for blocking ads, but recently there was a hacker to my accounts without any notifications. I noticed that the add-on has full permission to modify and change data. I tracked the problem and noticed that I do not have any loophole inside my device except through the Microsoft Edge browser. This add-on, and I still keep an eye on it, may be the reason!

Helpful and prompt support. And great service - finally a macOS/iOS ad blocker that works for not only English, but also local websites and annoyances (cookie notices).

Its sad one has to wait so long before getting a reply.

I have used AdGuard for a long time, and AdGuard VPN since it was released. I will never again use a phone, tablet, or computer without these products. I trust them completely to not only protect, but also to stop annoying ads, spam, and other intrusive interruptions to my privacy. If there is ever a question or a rare problem, they respond quickly. They are the best of the best.

Great app for ads and trackers blocking! I am using it on Windows and Android.

I have had no problems with AdGuard slowing down my connection and it works great on YouTube videos. It even prevents Microsoft games adverts, but where it does not work in on Facebook video

Cant even block a youtube ad and makes the pc slower.

Hi Guys , 😉 I would just like to share my personal experiences using adguard the past few years on my iPhone 12 iOS 17.5 system , i was surprised at just how much I rely upon adguard DNS , Ad blocking , Filtering Spam , Blocking Bots, Phishing and scams are all examples of multiple blocking and filtering against attacks that not only slow your device down but Steel your personal data details passwords and so on !!!! I permanently clean and clear my cache including website data saved in my safari browser history cookies ( it’s something i have OCD about ) But I don’t need to as much due to Adblocker blocking these elements from profiling me, my location , photos , microphone, etc … Dear Adblock Please Thank You for being simple easy to understand and includea extensiv range filters worldwide!!!!

Very reliable and safe ad blocker. However, it drains battery a lot. And not so accurate for inapp ad blocking.

Adguard send ads to email without possibility to unsubscribe

Very useful app. I didn’t immediately understand how to set it up, but the support service was very helpful. Thanks a lot! I will definitely recommend this app to my friends.

The software (when it works) is okay. But when I had to rubuild my PC, after ransomware, hell began. The software said I had used up my allotted number of licenses, so I had to buy a new license. But I bought a lifetime license! Yet support was so paranoid and unhelpful, it was severely unpleasant dealing with them. They treated me like a thief trying to steal from them. I provided my license code and registration name. But they blankly did not trust that I was honest and demanded more and more proof each day. This went on for weeks and I finally demanded my money back. They replied sorry, we can't give you that because you purchased from a third party vendor! Implicitly telling me: We do not trust you. You are a thief! This is outrageous customer treatment.

I am not out to attack their software, because it does what it promises. Very well so. But the company is a bunch of thieves.
