I wonder if the engineer fitted my room thermostat could come back to make sure the cover will close properly. I’m pretty sure he is aware but doesn’t seem to care much. He is a nice guy though.

I had a toilet cistern leakage on a recent Saturday afternoon and I was going to Germany on a business trip two days later. Having called AD Heating on the Saturday afternoon plumber came shortly afterwards. He stopped the leakage pending returning to fit a replacement fill valve. He came on the first available day for me at 8am. I’ve subsequently used the company for two order jobs. I would highly recommend AD Heating to anyone.

We have had Dan and his team look after our commercial stock for a long while now, every time the work is seem-less and the work force are fantastic.
We use then Personally and for business!

Our house gas boiler failed at a critical time in mid-winter (Dec 2021), so a speedy replacement was needed. AD Heating Solutions Ltd was one of those that responded to my call for quotes for installation of a heat-only boiler from a reliable manufacturer. Dan visited the house, inspected the system and insisted that there was one particular model boiler that we MUST have. When the quote came through it looked competitive at first. But a little online research showed that it was for a long-obsolete model (5 years, two models ago?) boiler apparently of the wrong type (combi)! Fortunately we spotted this and went elsewhere.

Added 15/03/2023: Now suddenly this week a response comes in from ADheatingsolutions --- almost 1 year and 2 months after my original review was posted! Interpret that as you will.
Their explanation is wrong, too! They cannot blame their unsuitable quote to me on miscommunication between their agent Dan and the office. The quote they sent me on 17 Dec 2021 was for the very same boiler that Dan had insisted to me during the house visit was the one that I MUST have as replacement for my failed boiler. The quote (and Dan’s ‘MUST’) was for installation of a new Worcester 35KW Junior (wall hung boiler) – but already long obsolete model, and unsuitable for my system. And how does this square with ADheatingsolutions’ claim that ‘We only tend to fit Vaillant boilers’? Perhaps Dan and ADheatingsolutions are well suited to each other, but certainly not to me. I went with an alternative company, who speedily and efficiently installed the proper new boiler within 2 days, all up and running in time for Christmas 2021 and has kept us warm ever since.

Alan arrived on time to service my boiler he was very professional and friendly. I will call him for any future gas or plumbing work.

These Guys fitted me a new boiler and radiators and done a fantastic job! The whole job we was kept up to date with progress and a great price aswell! Highly recommend.
