They appear to buy up contact databases them spam you every few days with targeted emails using your name to appear more genuine. While claiming to be based in the UK, there is no record of Adlend on Companies house so may just be a spoof/scam company. Emails are signed off as Grace Wilson, but likely this is not a real person.
