I've been using Adler for promotional pens etc for a while now - I've always found their staff to be very helpful, the products good, and pricing very fair. Yes, there's sometimes a few follow-up calls for repeat orders / offers but that's only the sales reps doing their job and there's never any obligation to reorder.

After you read through the template fake reviews written by the Adler staff please click the one star section and see how they harass you once they have your number. The products were good but will never deal with them again because after asking ten time not to call me guess what.... they call back again. Don't ever give them your mobile phone number - easier to change number than to get rid of this harassing company who really don't care about their customers.

I have been dealing with Adler for many years and yes having looked at the 1 star reviews can see that some people may find them pushy. However this is their job they have to sell. I normally deal with Nathan Davey and he is very professional and enthusiastic and is a pleasure to deal with.

Was contacted by Jack Golding regarding a promo thought "oh no not another sales call" but Jack had actually thought about our business and what could benefit us, there was no pushy sales patter he just presented the offer and gave us time to think about the offer. We are a small business with a limited budget and don't use huge volumes so appreciated the offer he suggested. My only critique would be the minimum order of 50 items, a lot of small businesses and sole traders may not require 50 items or above and would or could not afford the higher prices for a restricted order. Maybe have a pricing structure for smaller businesses or start ups to support new businesses.
