i HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ADLER AND NATHAN DAVEY FOR SOME TIME NOW AND HE IS MOST HELPFUL.

I ordered the pens for my deceased Father's wake. I received a call saying the batch ordered was out of stock. After 2-sided negotiation, a repeat order was placed for a different style and rush postage would be paid by the company as my concern was the deadline of the wake, I needed them asap.
Hey presto! The pens were printed, posted and arrived 4 days later, well within the time frame.
During the whole process the customer care was what real shone for me, the representatives went over and beyond to seal the deal, making me a very happy customer.
