Nathan Davy was very nice to speak to on the phone explaining the product to me didn’t use the hard sell made sure I got the product I needed to promote my company have been using Adler for years would highly recommend them.

I have placed several orders with your company and have been very satisfied with the service and quality of goods. Milly has helped with ordering on several occasions and has done a great job. There was a problem with delivery with one recent order but this was due to the carrier delivering the parcel to my neighbour by mistake. As he was away on holiday it was a few days before I could track it down but it is here safely now.

Matthew makes everything so easy from set up all the way through to delivery. When chatting to Matthew he seems more like a friend than my account manager. Was going through my order earlier with him and he was helpful and knowledgeable with everything.

Adler are always very professional and keep the order flowing, always very polite, Danielle was excellent.

I felt that I must write a review on the performance of one particular member of staff (Nicholas Matheson) who really in my opinion knows exactly what customer care is: He was never pushy to 'gain the order'; nothing was too much trouble 'even though I needed to change track on the requirements'; did what he said he would in a speedy and efficient manner; but more importantly of all 'made me the customer, feel special and that I was his only customer' (which we all know is not the case). I also feel confident that should we hit an issue or problem that he will deal with the problem and me in a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAY. It was an absolute delight to do business with him.

Farah rang me when I was very busy. I explained this to her which she appreciated and she quickly enquired if I needed any bits. I knew what I wanted so Farah quickly processed our order with no fuss. Don't always have time to chit chat and doesn't work for me if I am busy. In fact it can push me the other way in not ordering.

Customer service is all about dealing with problems swiftly and keeping the customer informed. I have used Adler in the past and I have always been very happy with their services and enjoy their personal approach. I am never passed between sales people, which makes a big difference. Luke Washington dealt with my enquiry this time and provided excellent service. Our merchandise is quite specific to our trampoline club and Luke helped us to find us the perfect training diary for our members, whilst ensuring it was affordable.

We have been using Adler for many years now and have always received excellent customer service. Everyone we have spoken to has been excellent but especially Hilbert today who really took the time to understand what product may help our business.
