I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a staff member, Violetta, at Admiral Casino Croydon, and to request clarification and reinstatement following what I believe to be an unjust ban from the premises.

Recently, I won a tournament at the casino. Following my win, Violetta told me directly that I did not deserve to win and that other people should have been the winners instead. I found this statement deeply unprofessional and offensive, and I felt it may have been racially targeted. Such remarks are unacceptable, especially from a staff member in a customer-facing role, and caused me to feel disrespected and unwelcome.

In addition, I have now been informed that I am banned from entering the casino. The reason given was that I was allegedly playing roulette; however, I do not play roulette and have never engaged in that game. This leads me to believe that my ban may be influenced by personal bias from Violetta, as there has been ongoing tension and I feel she has been seeking reasons to remove me from the premises.

I am requesting:
1. A full investigation into this incident and Violetta’s conduct.
2. A clear written explanation of why I have been banned.
3. Immediate reinstatement of my right to enter Admiral Casino Croydon if no valid reason for the ban can be substantiated.

I trust that Admiral Casino takes complaints of discrimination, unprofessional behaviour, and unfair treatment seriously. I would appreciate a prompt written response outlining the findings of your investigation and the next steps.

Overheated:air conditioning is broken and has been for weeks. Cash machine now broken again- last time it took 6 months to repair. Company seems very willing to take your money but not making an effort to make conditions comfortable. Have now stopped going there. The redeeming feature is the staff who are very pleasant while suffering in the heat.

There was a change around of the machines in admiral slots.ellesmere port.since then the connection keeps dropping.on the community games.i was playing 1 of 3 machines.when I got awarded the community free spins.the machines either side a banner came up.waiting for other players.then just the machine I played continued.the other 2 players were frustrated.the staff did not have a clue what to do.and it states in black and white.PLAY TOGETHER WIN TOGETHER.this is false advertising.other community games keep dropping connection.in the middle of a game.in which you loose your community game.it is grossly unfair.thd staff are not to blame but the area manager.that insisted on this change.this did not happen before.but now customers are complaining.about the same issue.staff member Stacey witnessed what happened.yet she did not know what action to take.

Visited Admiral for many years,but now I don’t win,losing a great deal of money,features dont come up,most wins are 20 and 40 pence.but worse is to come??? Yesterday I withdrew £100 from the ATM in Admiral,it accepted the transaction,but then a message came up on the screen “Transaction Cancelled, I didn’t get the ticket for £100,but later found the money was taken from my bank account,I complained to Admiral,they said you will get it back,it will take 5 days,so this is not unusual,it has happened before???.After reading the reviews on here I will never set foot in Admiral ever again.

I wish I had read reviews before playing. Honestly the pay out is ridiculous. Yes I gamble an I understand it’s a losers game. But I spent money on 2 pound spins max I won was £16. Even bingo was bad never got past 4tg. Iv excluded from this site for 5years lol

HOW have they been issued a licence in an area already struggling with drink & drug addicts? WHY do they need to open a 24 hours per day slot machine shop. Locals who live in the area are now kept awake constantly with the noise, fights and arguments. They are destroying our local high street. Environmental Health at BCP Council are apparently investigating, but expect, for obvious reasons (?), not a lot will be done.

Worst arcades around. Extremely slim chance of winning. These arcades aren't designed for fun. They're designed to take advantage of vulnerable people with gambling addictions and should be banned in the uk

I played in the Woolston branch yesterday in Southampton. Played a game called gold fever, 500 jackpot. It absolutely robbed me blind. 600 for barely any features. And when I did get a feature nothing bigger than 50 quid. I'm not saying all machines should pay vast amounts all the time, but when you've put more than the jackpot in, and don't win anything back to make your loss more fair and acceptable. This is the problem with all the machines in your stores. In the city centre I played rainbow riches, it took over £2500 in a week, I eventually won the silver pot which was less than £400. Does this seem fair or as the machines advertise, random. Years ago machines were fair, you played against the previous players success or if they lost I could be your good gain. Now these new machines that cost up to £2 a spin can take thousands, only offering a £500 maximum win. Is this fair? I definitely will avoid gambling in any admiral establishment and advise anyone reading this doing the same as you will lose way more than you ever win. Gambling should be some fun win or lose. But when it's always lose and lose big amounts of money, then it's no fun for anyone and unfair profiting for admiral. It's a joke to say set your limits, only spend what you can afford to lose. When they know full well, once you put a certain amount in that your natural response is to chase that loss and at the same time win more than lost. That's the hole point why your gambling isn't it? Walked into the Bromley branch. A man with glasses tallish came in as I was playing and asked for IDs. As I replied in shock saying I’m 38 he interrupted and said you should be happy then it’s a compliment you look young aggressively and said plz leave. Came to staines and asked about cash match and the attitude member of staff by the name of Stephenie who was aragant and kept smirking at me when i said i dont keep smirking and when i said i willreport to monica she said she dont care what monica says and kept on being attitude towards me still so i was with a friend of mine who was also disgusted and when finales i was given cash match was given wrong voucher as gonna show on message and no one changed it so i left fully disatisfied i can advise other customers to play else where as save disapointment please get back to me asap possibe

I lost 1300£ in one day in Admiral Coventry was playing 1£ and 2£ stake in different games on one machine all what it gave me was £20 in bonus that’s ridiculous. The Ipswich admiral is the worst a lady ho she was in the back office, was passing me and straight to my chair instead of going around where was alots of space, after playing 1 h I noticed that machine Is not correct and it's is big scam by prosentige it's should pay out 90% but I think it is more 20% .

Have been playing admiral slots for quite some time never had a problem with them until earlier this year I made a complaint about jackpot kings the goonies return slot and they haven't bothered to investigate my complaints they even told me to complain directly to the company responsible for the game a company called blueprint gaming who recently responded by saying it's admiral casino who are responsible for how the game plays on the admiral casino site and any complaints should be dealt will by them well I hàve an update for admiral casino sometime in the new year you are going to be part of national TV program that have been investigating gaming sites and gambling sites in general and your going to be asked why you avoid dealing with legitimate concerns by your customers I will be most interested in how you explain not investigating certain games that have recently been tested and have been proven to have a dropoff of over 32% in gameplay yet ADMIRAL CASINO refused to investigate and clearly stated that the game in question is legal???

I went on a family trip to Manchester with my daughter and I popped into the Ellesmere Port venue on Friday the 25th and there was a young girl who had blonde hair working there who smelt of drugs it was so unprofessional I had to leave within ten minutes as I couldn’t tolerate the smell it was so unprofessional

Went into Macclesfield lost 2000 in two hours almost no wins. Did the same in the last week in the potteries 1500 and 1800 on each day . Some other poor people in tears having also lost £5000 over in a week . Complete rip off scammers. They have now lost my custom for good as they never pay out just take take take and take more.
