Hi Mark, once again I am very sorry for not being able to fulfil this order. As I explained on email there was very high demand for these jackets and the system oversold accidentally. As mentioned on the email we held the other colour of the jacket available and also offered credit to the website to try and resolve the issue. I am still happy to offer any of the above to resolve. 1star reviews really effect small businesses like ours. I have tried to resolve it in the best way I could.
