Very friendly, helpful staff.
The ladies who run my local branch are always eager to provide helpful information; they always hand me a payment reminder card, and provide me with instructions on what to do in case of a delay in making my payment. Above all else, they are friendly and are always smiling.

Quick Service No matter what and with a smile for sure.

The woman at the front is rude and can barely speak English. She didn't have any good customer service. Not even a thank you have a great day. I'm going to switch back to the one on Ming because the one on north Chester in Bakersfield CA is absolutely horrible worst customer service ever.
