F A I L Do NOT Pass Go...
The "new" computer system restricts managers from making adjustments for customers in good standing. When I called the corporate phone number, the very abrupt disinterested person told me ONLY store managers could make adjustments & no new system had been implemented. Unfortunately, she didn't give her name or I'd put that in this review also. I've been an Advance America customer for over 3 years with ZERO repayment problems. Additionally, Advance America is doing soft credit checks without informing customers (as part of this "new" system). Branch employees are friendly, helpful & courteous. The corporate voice however, is entirely opposite. Advance America - Are you trying to discourage customers? Because that plan is working.
