I walk into the Bartlett location in Tennessee and was greeted with a glare from the teller. She was rude and didn't seem like she really want to help me. I had some questions because I was a previous customer and was asking about what I needed to come back and she gave me a ride response and I almost walked out but I realized she had my ID still or I would've walked out. Her attitude changed when I started being rude back telling her that I treat people how I'm treated meaning that if you are rude to me I will be rude back to you. I will be respectful but rude and she was neither.She treated me like I was a burden upon her and I was the only customer in there at the time. There was a gentleman that walked in after me and she waited on him and completely put my stuff to the side to help him and I also found that unacceptable. No response towards me like " Sir. I'm waiting on some paperwork for you Mr DeBerry. I'll help this Gentleman in the process while I wait on your papers to come back." She didn't say a word. Just rudely told me to move so she could help the next customer. Totally unacceptable!!!! Will not be a returning customer!!!!

The young lady whose at the branch on Stage Road in Bartlett, Tn is a wonderful person. Very patient and always smiling, even if she's had a trying day. I would like for you to do what you need to do in order to keep her there. On those days when you have to come in and get a loan or pay one back. You want to see a friendly face.
