I believe the Chula Vista, CA is the 7th store I have transacted. I can assure your company has hired and trained your staff in these stores except for the Goleta, CA store. I am a full-time RVer I travel in California and it is great yourvompany has a store nearby. Most of all your staff is always welcoming remembering who you are and eager, patient to help a senior like me. I am not good with names these 2 beautiful ladies I met in CV office were welcoming had candy treats for their customer and we all had a pleasant chat always with a smile. I hope the Goleta store has improved. The 6 stores, Menifee store closed, was the best. All 6 stores is rated 5+. Your company could be stated as the Nordstroms of Loans. Believing in top customer service and retaining your customers.

I had trouble re-borrowing right after…
I had trouble re-borrowing right after New Year's, so I went back to the brick-and-mortar location where I had done business for years before the pandemic lockdowns. One of the agents actually remembered me by name, and the other seemed new, but they both teamed up to work a ridiculously long time to find a work-around for the glitch. Clearly they understand the value of customer service to a brand.
