All of the customer service employees are friendly, polite, helpful, understanding and professional. However, Jullissa goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your transaction. I was concerned to go to the office to…
I was concerned to go to the office to take out a loan in light of the recent Covid-19 precautions but the Advance America team had people practice social distancing and made sure to clean after each customer. It was good to see them being so cautious. They also apologized for any inconvenience. Julisa, Sonya and the other lady are always so kind. Thank you!

All the staff are amazing
All the staff are amazing. Excellent Customer Services from all the ladies in that office. They make me feel very secure and comforter when they speak in Spanish to me. They always provided me directions, they read me the policy, they gave me straight to the point instructions. Two thumbs up to them!!

I’ve been going to the Broadway Chula…
I’ve been going to the Broadway Chula Vista location for years. The customer service has always been fantastic. In addition, they continuously monitor the entrance door, which creates a safe environment for their customers. Store lead Julissa remembers the customers by name and engages them, even follow up on small talks from months before, such as movies, work, projects, etc. Julissa is amazing, and her attitude reflects on her coworkers.
