They sent me a notice I could have my monies sent directly to my debit card. I didn't know that and took advantage of that. I received my money so much faster. Really appreciated that.
Also I get calls from Renee from the office letting me know about the status of my loan. She is very nice and helpful and not pushy.she seems genuinely interested in my situation
