Lady beyond rude and didn’t mention I’d receive a check instead of cash
Lady didn’t mention BEFORE I gave her my information that the money I’d receive would be issued by check. Not to mention she was beyond rude. She talked to me like I was scum for having to take a loan. If I’m scum then what does that make her since she is employed at the loan shark company?

They were having system problems on their computer, but they handled it very effectively! All my information and gave me a call when the computers were back up and running and made it a very seamless process
