conflicting information poor conflict resolution from customer care service provider Paul. I received a promotional mailer from advance America in the mail I decided to fill out the application via the IR code on the letter. on February 23rd I filled out the application and was cleared for $1, 000 loan I was told that it would take roughly a 24-hour period before the money to appear in my account. I made one mistake that was my banking number this one number on my bank account I was told this by the first customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone on the morning of February 24th 2026. it was a female that I spoke to if she was very knowledgeable she figured out that I was missing one digit in my banking number and then instructed me to call my bank to make sure that they stop the first deposit and then she told me to simply let them know when that's happened and then contact them back so they can resend the $1,000 loan with the proper Banking number. imagine my confusion when I called the call center later on that afternoon on February 24th 2026 and I got customer care representative Paul. I explained to Mr Paul what the issue was and what I was instructed to do by the last customer care representative that I spoke to previously. I told Mr. Paul that she furnished me with the correct banking number and I as well check that banking number to make sure that it was correct this time through my banking app. Mr Paul only gave me two options one of which was that I'd have to more likely refill an application even though I was not told that whatsoever I even asked because I was on location at the advance America here in Columbia Missouri. when I spoke to the first customer care representative. representative Paul did not make any statements at any point in time as to if he could look a little further into the issue. his second option was I could wait until February 26th and see the $1,000 gets deposited into my bank account. I told Paul I really don't understand why I have to refill all that information on that application out again to submit for a loan that I have already been cleared for for one thing and I noticed on my advance America app there is a billing ledger already started with the first payment beginning on March 11th 2026. I'm hopeful to whoever reads this that we can come to a resolution I really don't take out loans to begin with so yes I'm leaning more towards who's solving this matter and hopefully being able to deposit that $1,000 loan into my bank account as soon as March 2nd 2026 thank you for taking the time to read this.
