I have been doing business with Advance America for the lasted 10 years and the the service has been pretty good. Your customer service rep at the Ash Street store in Columbia, MO is exceptional!!!!. He really deserves a raise or something, as every time he waits on me he is very knowledgeable about his job, has a very pleasant personally and answers every question I might have. I always asked for him when I come into the store, and because of this I will continue doing business with Advance America because of him.
His name is Richard Sapp and is a wonderful person. Please give him some kind of recognition for doing an outstanding job with your company.
