Excellent. Customer Service
I was completely amazed at the level of customer service that I received today. I woke up this morning to find that my bank account had been hacked and showed a negative balance. I explained to the Branch Manager, Ms. Amy, that since transferring to Dothan Alabama from Louisiana 7 months ago that I have no friends or family here. She treated me as though I was part of her family and assured me with many kind and caring words that all would be well and that she completely understood my situation. Thank you so very much for having employees that place value in their customer base. If I could rate Ms. Amy with a million stars I would.
