Great Customer Service
This was the most friendly customer service I've experienced in a long time. Jae or Jade, I forget her name but she works at the Durant, OK office, was so nice and friendly. She made everything so simple and easy. Love her.

Great customer service and quick payment!
I went to the local Advance America office for the first payday advance loan I received. It was so easy! I was out the door with cash in hand in less than 30 minutes! The customer service representatives have always been amazing and they are respectful and make you feel comfortable! I recently applied for a loan online and it was sooooooo easy! I received the money instantly on my debit card. The interest rates are ridiculously high but if your credit isn't perfect at least you have something you can count on to help you when things get tough.
