First visit/new regulations
I phoned before coming in, so knew things were different, but the process was quick enough & staff was very good to explain the changes & the many options available. I'm not sure yet how I feel about the new way of doing business required by state regulation. This is new to me.

Excellent customer service
All members of the staff were vert friendly and helpful, service was great. I had all my questions answered, paperwork was easy to understand and process, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

They explained their new operating protocol and what I could expect in the coming months as their business changes so well that I didn't need to ask any questions when they were finished. i love this place very friendly and caring for our needs and they understand sometimes things come up and allow you to do half a payment one month and then pay the rest the next. I will stay with them when I need help.
