The staff is always super friendly, kind and respectful. I love my Euclid ,ohio branch. Amber and her staff is the best. They have always been there for me. I would hate to loose that location. They are advance America.. Thank you. Darryl1

I came in close to closing
I came in close to closing, not knowing where to go for funds urgently needed to fly my fiance home from abroad. I was upset and anxious having been turned down at 2 other locations. Agent was supportive and assured she would do whatever she could. I was approved and literally danced in the lobby. It is a very vulnerable feeling in this situation, and agent was professional and compassionate, assuring me through every step of the process...in addition, she had already worked past closing but said she would stay if I had any difficulties cashing the check, which I didn't. Your company does not have ridiculous charges and you do not rip people off, your charges are that of a credlt card, no fees for early pay off... Thank you!!!!
