My loan experience was super. The agent in Gallipolis, Ohio was just outstanding. She almost read my mind, she was efficient (quick and thorough) and effective -- she was highly skilled for sure. She was friendly and warm but also professional, She was also clear spoken and very very nice. This office seems to always promote and retain excellence but in this case she was even a cut above. (and i am not related and never met her before, :) just borrowing money can be stressful and i am grateful for the excellent assistance)
