Life saving
For me personally this has been a life changer for me when I was in trouble needing extra money cuz something has popped up there was no problems signing up I've never had a complaint about this company everybody's been so nice sometimes I couldn't get through on the automated teller so I would have to call the number personally and talk to somebody and they were so polite and helpful but that's a rare occasion that that has happened and I've been with this service for several years I will continue using it and I hope others use it too because if you're stuck in a place and you need money fast that's the way to go

Manager Vickie at the Grayling, MI location is always friendly and professional and she imparts these values in each staff member she hires. The ladies you have working for you in…
The ladies you have working for you in your Grayling Michigan office are awesome and go out of their way to help the costumers. As a company you really need to treat them much better and with more respect. Please allow them bathroom breaks and lunch breaks especially when they are extremally busy. Even more so if on their busiest days there only happens to be one person working that day for some reason.

as always you guys do a great job but i do have some issues between internet service and the store front serviceand also the knoledge the cus. support folks have they need to be more in sinc with each other the things different ones say counterdict each other not sure if was me or them but i was very confussed by what i was being told by support folks,,but everything was worked out and as usual we march forward !!!!thanks for the great help this yr my wife has had 3 surgeries this yr i really needed the help i am trying to get the train back on the tracks thanks again
