Extremely polite, professional, and efficient!!!! I would go there again and again if need be. She was absolutely an example of what Customer Service should be. So many have lost sight of what it means to put the customer first. You would have thought that I was her only focus during the entire experiment. Thank you!!!!!

We have a large family
We have a large family. We are always going and doing . We things pop up in our life daily. It is nice to have a place to go when life gets out of hand. The ladies at both the Gaylord and the Grayling Advances are great. Never moody. Never judgmental. They are fast and on task. The pay off plan is nice as well. If I could note, if a customer gets paid every two weeks and another is paid monthly ,the cost to finance a loan is double if you are paid by weekly . I hope some day to see all loans monthly. If I may also say, a coupon here and there would be nice incentive as well. Thank you for caring about the customer .
