I dont know what it is but if I do not speak with Ivan in person it is just another feeling. there is a young African-American lady in that branch too who is very helpful and smart but the other ones are "okay" . I dont think they are doing anything wrong, I just feel that Ivan recognizes returning customers like me and includes them in the family. Sometimes we are in need (I am disabled and I did not ask for it, so it is a very hard time of my life) a bit of empathy would be nice and sometimes we may not meet the deadlines and ask for a week more. Be flexible. I used to manage five star hotels for a living, for me customer was all and that, made me successful and gave me an impeccable reputation around the World. Kudos to Ivan, as always , the other ones need to understand their customers. Regardless, I loan and I pay. Thank you for all.
