The customer service is excellent. Miss Kaye that is at the Merrill road location. She handles me about every month and I'm gratefull that she's so nice, Her personality is the best and the environment that she's in she's bubbly every time I go in there. And helps in any way that she can with my account. I wish we could find more people that has our character because she's wonderful period

Customer service is always great
Customer service is always great. I get so frustrated because I get paid biweekly on Fridays and it puts my payments due on WEDNESDAY which sometimes causes me overdraft fees . I dont know how to fix this problem.
