The employees have good customer service and pretty polite sometimes also try to help out when they can I've been working with advance America for a long time.

I never have a complaint at this location. Della is very professional, yet at the yes same time is friendly. She doesn’t make you feel as though you are just a number, getting you in and out is all that matters. She treats her customers as though they are important, they matter. She knows what customer service truly is. And not only Della, but it is how her whole office is. They are good about explaining (especially this new system) as we go through the process to complete our transaction. Della has always been this way and I appreciate that!

Della and her Staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond to provide you with great customer service. Always friendly and smiling. Never have I felt uncomfortable going there. Employees like this are hard to find now days.

The ladies at the location that I go to are always so sweet, professional, and helpful. They always welcome me as soon as I walk in the door and I always leave with all of my needs met and my questions answered.
