Very sad experience
Very disappointed in the service I recieved. From the moment I walked through the door, the employee belittled me. She was extremely rude and kept trying to force me to sign things before telling me what I was signing. When I would ask about it, she literally said “sign these papers first and then I will tell you about it” and would refuse me an explanation when I would ask questions. I would love to list the employees name here but she also was not wearing any form of identification and refused to tell me her name.

Rude and Condescending
The young lady I deal with, not sure of her name, always seems so uninterested to help me. She takes a pause before answering any questions, looking at me as if I just asked the dumbest question she has ever heard. She answers in a very condescending tone. I am a very friendly guy so by the end of the transaction I have her smiling. But she comes across as rude and bothered when I am buzzed into the building. I will be paying off this Friday and I will NOT be renewing. I have many payday loan options and I like to go where I feel I am a valued customer and not a bother to the worker.
