Please not that I sent a review directly through the customer service email. It's pertaining to an outstanding employee you have working at your 1234 K St. W. , Lancaster, CA 93534, store. The employee's name is Madeline. have been a customer of Advance America for years now. As I stated in my other email to you, Madeline treats your customers with the kindness and care they (we) all deserve. She's positive, friendly, and extremely efficient getting the customers in and out quickly, yet always making sure their needs and questions are fully met. This is the 2nd time that I suggested that your corporation acknowledge her top, quality customer care. You don't want to take advantage of a person like her. Tons of companies would LOVE to have someone like her work for them. I know this for a fact! I used to train customer service for employees at the Dept. of Health Services, Los Angeles Co. I trained everyone but doctors. Therefore, I feel my opinion is of value and concrete. She's a keeper...for sure! LET HER KNOW!

Last month was very disappointing. I paid my bill online, but then when I went to withdraw funds online, I was unable to. I called the office in Lancaster, and I was informed that they could not extend funds to me because I paid my bill online. This is very confusing. I called your office, and the woman who spoke to me was very nasty in informing me that I had been informed as to the policy change which did not allow me to withdraw online right after I paid online. She even went so far as to state that this new change was in my paperwork. When I asked her where this was cited, she started reading something that had nothing to do with the so-called new policy; and she was as nasty as sin!!!!! I ended up driving 20 miles again to go into the store for clarification, and I was informed that if I had paid my bill in the store, I was able to do another loan at the same time, and that they were very sorry for the problem. So, I'm not happy about this at all. What you advertised as a convenience did not turn out to be a convenience, even though I've been a good customer for a long time. I don't get it. This is not good customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
