Our service associate was Danielle at the Quartz Hill office. I truly appreciated her patience with many interruptions to the normal process. As she managed several phone calls, errors and corrections, and the departure of several co-workers! All of this whilst remaining attentive to both persons of my party, having found a rapport which included both and each of us as individuals. Never once was I made to feel less than an important client! This is true service excellence and a superior example of seamless multi-tasking. Well done Danielle and Advance America!
