My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, I was never greeted with a hello, the representative was very short with me, and had an attitude.. She was helping another person when I walked into the location, and never acknowledged me until after 35-45 minutes and even after that. She acknowledged me by saying
“whose next” and immediately got on the phone and was trying to service while having a separate conversation on the phone. I told her that was rude and she then immediately started to have an attitude with me. Blaming me for her having to Deposit a check, and threatening me saying that if it happens again I will have to wait seven to nine days before I re loan.. So my experience was horrible and it took me over an hour to get my loan taken care of which is unacceptable to me..
