Behavior change
In the last few months, Rochelle's behavior has gone from rude to seriously unprofessional. She has flat out said that I was lying about the balance in my bank account, got very upset and hurried me saying, "Common, Laura, what do you want to do?" Then told me that before I can borrow again I would have to come in today with proof 'before and after" my last payment. I am not sure where this is coming from. She and I got along for years, I helped her with a fund raiser last year, and have never failed to ask how her son is doing. I know we all go through hard times, but she has been rude to the point that I will not be using Advance America again. It's a shame that someone who I considered a friend would do this after years of working together. I have paid off both loans, and as I said, will be using one of your competitors should I need financial services again.

I call ahead and talk to the manager Rochelle Haliburton as to what I need to document and update my account. Rochelle is so kind and patient and she was able to update my old account which was at another location in Lexington. Rather than get a cash advance on my VISA Card I choose Advance America.
