Kind, Friendly, Caring Financial Service
The best service I have ever received at a business of this sort. Being in a tight financial place is bad enough in the first place, but having to deal with condescending CSR’s who treat you in a substandard manner is awful! I have not ever been made to feel that way at this Advance America location. Rochelle, the manager, is caring and treats customers with respect and as a valued customer, as has everyone I’ve encountered at this branch. They are considerate and understanding of real life situations and work to help solve any issues before they can become problems. I appreciate the caring attitude and kindness shown at this business. Anyone who needs financial relief will be pleasantly surprised if they do business with these folks.
