When you request a loan through your…
When you request a loan through your debit card for a quick cash in hand process and they can't get it to work so they just send it to your checking account and you don't receive it for several days, it's defeating the purpose of me needing the money right away. Customer service is zero help at the stores telling me I'm not in the system. Frustrating and discouraging to want to do business with this company.
