The manager. Of this establishment advanced America here in manteca gave the best customer service that I've had in a long time and I am a retired supervisor from State Farm claims.

Super nice ladies in Manteca location. Was at grocery store and my debit was locked, unable to contact bank I was able to go next door and get cash for my groceries.
