I did like how quickly I got a…
I did like how quickly I got a response, but I did not like that you approved me on early Friday, appeared to send the payment out Friday, set my loan date as Friday but I have yet to receive the money and it's saying estimated time should be by Monday. I've gotten plenty of loans and I've always had the funds within minutes or a couple hrs waiting days just isn't convenient at all and my loan start date shouldn't be until I receive my money

I thought my visit went exceptionally well. Professionalism. That’s the only word that comes to mind. You asked me to be honest. Using the key pad is so much faster than paper. I was approved, and finished in about 20-30 minutes.

I had to go through alot to get my information submitted to get an approval and I had to call several times to try to find out why my loan wasn’t processing to be approved
