I believe Cynthia and Alissa were their names the young ladies that helped me in Your guys Merced store and frankly I just want to say give these girls a raise. I was totally taken back by how courteous they were and the professionalism that they showed was simply astounding. My mother is an elderly gal and she was a little parched from the 105 degree weather and these young gals just came right up and got her water and set her down on the chair. My mother said she hadn't seen such polite and helpful young ladies since the 60s back in ole Oklahoma.Just wanted to say thank you to those two and for all the help they gave us in this trying time we really needed that loan and they made it quick and as easy as could be and were such dolls and smart as whips they were. So thank you and bravo, I will definitely be coming back just to have their exceptional customer service.
