Actually it was a refinance. A few minutes online and

I have been in my Moore location, everyone is very efficient and helpful. Now, I like the availability of payments, questions, and refinances Online. It's quick, and helps me since I don't have to drive a little distance to do my business. I have arthritis and the Online availability is great.

The lady that helped us was great but…
The lady that helped us was great but the woman that opened the door for us cuz it was locked right off the bat said if that a support dog not even a hello I think that is what really ticked me off and then while the lady that helped us the other 2 were really in the back laughing the lady that helped us was patient kind walked us through no rush she was great and she should have opened the door if we didn’t need the money so badly I would’ve walked out,I did customer service for Southwest Airlines for 18 years and before that with Mesa airlines and believe me I was done
The lady that helped was s as young Hispanic lady and she is the person that should be manager
