I have been a customer with this…
I have been a customer with this company for years and this month my payment was due on the 2nd because of when I took out my loan. They are well aware that I get my check on the 3rd and have always paid on time. Instead of calling me and reminding me that it is due 1 day early NO they just go ahead and take it from my bank account. Because of that I had to wait 3 days to get my money which I don't think was right. I will definitely make sure I never get a loan before the 3rd because they don't know the meaning of customer service.
