I go to location in oak park michigan and Ashley the manager is very professional and very nice and just a beautiful person that runs the whole store by herself and always helping the customers out with taking care of their business. This is kind a consumer look for at any company

One of the cashier representatives has an disdain (lack of respect) demeanor towards clients. Each time I've went into the store on Greenfield rd. In Oak Park, she has the same attitude. Everyone has bad days. But, this is her norm. Highly unsatisfied with the personal skills of the cashier representative.

Employees are always so pleasant and warm. Always helpful and will answer any questions to the best of their ability. Very clean, friendly environment too.

Great job Advance America... the application process was easy... The young lady that waited on me was very helpful and experience... Even though I asked for $600 I was thankful for the $350... Maybe next time I can get the full amount of what I asked for... Other than that thank you and hope to see you again...

I had some trouble one time trying to get a loan. I started an online application. But didn't finish decided to go to the office. My account was blocked. The representative was so nice. She helped me alot.
Another time I was running late and stuck in traffic. I called the office the representative said ok he stayed late so I could come in and make my payment. This I think is what customer service should return back to being.

I love advance america , the stores that I go to , the cashiers are very friendly and efficient. I'm glad that the waiting time is short.
