staff are helpful
staff are helpful, attentive and courteous. office environment is good and clean.
the main shortcoming is the high APRt and associated fees. the co. can say that it is competitive but there are cheaper places in the area. the recent increase is a real killer.

I really needed the help...
I really needed the help this past weekend and manager stayed to process my paperwork. It wasn't easy because I was in the system from over 10 years ago. But she worked to get me transferred over so she could finish processing me.
