Agent super rude!!
I have always received the best service every single time I go there. At my recent visit, there was a new person. Perhaps she was helping to cover a busy day? All I know is she was abrasive and rude. She did things differently from how the other ladies do things. I couldn’t wait to finish my transition and get out of there!
