The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL
The customer service was great! First Juany was very informative when I called to inquire about their services. Then I went to the store and received excellent service from Myra, who assisted me every step of the way in obtaining the loan.

This is my second experience, and it did not disappoint. The customer service I received was top-of-the-line.Micca was more than helpful and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process which can be a little uncomfortable in my situation. She is knowledgeable and professional. I feel like she went above and beyond to help get me the loan I desperately needed. I appreciate her so very much, and will definitely be recommending advance America to friends and family if they need should arise.
