One of the best visits
My visit to the Advance America store in West Point, MS was awesome. The young lady that assisted me, Jasmine, was very professional. She explained the process clearly. I shared with her my last experience with the West Point store and how I didn't want to do business with them anymore. Ms. Jasmine apologize even though she had nothing to do with the situation. She assured me that that situation would never happen again. I believe her and trust her. Ms. Jasmine was the best!

It is difficult to believe
It is difficult to believe, but Advanced America has had very friendly staff even though the staff is constantly changing. The staff has been consistent in professionalism and good character. I personally have not had any problems over the years.
