Switching locations
I live in Zachary, LA, but have always gone to the Advance America in Baker. For years now I’ve been renewing my loan every month. But the last couple of years has been stressful because Mrs. Linda can be very rude. It got to the point that I would wait until she left for the day so that Toya could help me instead. It was so bad that I honestly thought Mrs. Linda was racist against white people. I even asked Toya if that’s why she was so rude to me. Toya said no, she’s like that to everyone. Well, Recently Toya has quit the company. 😔
Anyways, we had a hurricane recently that caused the store in Baker to close. So I went to the Zachary location and boy was I surprised. I was met with the upmost professionalism, kindness and extremely helpful ladies. I will stay in my own town from now on.

I love the place in Zachary
I love the place in Zachary, LA they staff is very friendly. It doesn’t matter how busy they may be their attitudes never change. I really appreciate the fact that I could come there and receive a little cash to hold me over until I get paid. It’s very beneficial on a lot of different levels. Keep up the good work.
