They claim to have a 90 day money back guarantee. Not so, doesn't exist in my experience.
Dec 22, 2022 I bought a product (advertised nitro into blood stream!) from Advanced Bionutritionals which is always advertising. Directions were to take 1 daily. I wanted to kick start, so I'd take 1 every 12 hours. Results sooner, right?
It did 0 after an entire month.
I phoned, they told me where to mail packages. I did, $45 to ship. Haven't heard a thing back. I phoned 2-3X, they haven't recieved. I've emailed them with picture of mail receipt, no return emails from them. Only new advertised deals on their products. Lol garbage.
Now it's May 6, 2023.
My time is too valuable to waste attempting further contact for further run around.
Don't waste any money by supporting this unethical Company.

Love the Advanced Lung product. I have taken it for a couple of years and it has really helped my COPD. This last shipment however is lost and floating around the mail system. I have asked for my money back multiple times and don't even get a response anymore. Sad to see that a company doesn't seem to want long term customers

this is the worse customer service I have ever encountered , bar none. First they do not have a regular shopping basket like all internet companies have. Somehow the computer managed to sale me ( since they have my credit card number ) an extra 3 tablet box, for $115.67. I never wanted this product
I called the next morning to cancel this part of my order
they actually made it 3 different orders. I am assured that this order has been canceled as the representative is telling me he did
A few minutes later I receive an email confirming this order I just canceled is on its way
I call again . While the employee consults her manager, the phone system drops me ! I call back and after 20 minutes waiting period the phone drops me, apparently I have been waiting for too long
i call again 3 times. No one ever picks up the phone. I leave messages, no result. This has taken a lot of my precious time.
I email them, they promise to answer email within 24 hours. no answer .
Finally within 3 days I receive my actual 2 orders plus the order I did not want that the computer sneak into my order. I cannot say basket because there is no basket, no review, no chance to make changes. . Now, to resolve this, I have to call them again. Will they ever pick up the phone? no one knows. there is no process t return unopened merchandise except to talk to them . I emailed them again. I am seriously thinking of calling my credit card. I will never ever again deal with this unethical business. I can buy this product somewhere else. Very unhappy. I wish there be a negative star number .

Don’t trust frank shallenberger MD from bio nutritional it’s a scam and he’s been charged for negligence I tried contacting this company by phone by email just get no answer they charged me and took money for three orders when only ordered one order can’t contact then to cancel the other orders

My doctor who is an MD, as well as a holistic doctor, warned me not to buy supplements from just any manufacturer; but only from an established and accredited supplement company, who has been in business for years, and is well respected. So I told her that I was ordering from Advanced Bionutritionals and asked her about them. She immediately replied that anything I order from Advanced Bionutritionals is "great" because they are a really good company and so are all of their supplements. I've been ordering from them for years.

Just got my memory products and took 2 as recommended - (my stomach wasnt empty) and have the worst throbbing headache like a hangover from my 20’s! What are in these pills? I just took Ibuprophen to relieve it and its’s still pounding!!! Wondering if I will continue taking them- this is incredibly painful!!! Who else has had painful headaches?

Advanced Bionutritionals sells excellent products. I have used them for several months and I have had some excellent results. However, their customer service really needs attention.
There deliveries come through USPS and take a week to arrive, which in this day and age is prehistoric. Now that's on a good week.
This last time I ordered, they held my order because one of the items I ordered was backordered. I was not notified, just left wondering why my order had not arrived. I have called 3 times and 16 days have gone by. Still no order. I called this morning because the tracking information has not been updated in several days. I asked for a refund and it was refused.
Do yourself a favor, if you like this product and want to continue using it, buy it through Amazon. They can be counted on to deliver it to you in a timely manner.

I placed an Order on January 6th And Still Haven’t Received it,impossible to Contact Customer Service I’ve left feedback on there website to try and get someone to Contact me No Response I’ve called A Number on there Website,No ring tone and the number flashes and goes off

Bought online for over $120 of their products. Did not receive the products I ordered. Tried to return. Called their phone number. No message, music for an infinite lenthgh of time. Finally could leave a message so hey can return my call. Will change the nuber of stars according to the servce I will recieve nd the satisfaction I got.

This notorious company I just checked again - I see it now finally has one star average ratings instead of five, which gives me encouragement as to the public finally being protection from victimization of the public by this severely fraudulent company, NOTE: This company has a history of legal verdicts against them in CA and NV and probably elsewhere, after which they move to other states, most recently Norcross, GA, and open up shop there.

HOWEVER: BBB has a problem: In the reviews called “Soundview Communiations” it shows every review has been an F yet on a different page BBB says "A+ rating” and also the bizarre "Customer Reviews are not used in the calculation of BBB Rating." Someone needs to fix your websites.

This company doesn't respond and doesn't ship the products that you have bought.. Trying to get a refund
Scammer bunch.. Don't Hold much hope.

I paid for two day shipping and never received the items. All attempts to contact the company were ignored, though I continued to receive near daily promotional emails.

Currently attempting to be refunded.

I do like your Hearing pills and love your Ciro2 but have trouble receiving it in NZ ?? I did have a problem with a credit card which had been scammed I did not know it but have sorted that out and tried many times to order but never receive goods?? Shame I would order more for sure. Joy Spence

I purchase over 500$ log product, aminoacid supplement. For myself product was very difficult to swallow, tried for a month and returned empty bottle, 11 unopened as well as a small product I didn’t order. I was dealing with a single CSR, when I followed up on my return all of a sudden someone called Ricco responded saying they had received the small product but not the ones I paid for. When I informed him it was all shipped in the same box he stopped responding to my emails. When I called and asked for Ricco he is all of a sudden out of the office, and oh his voice mail doesn’t work!!!!!!!! Do not order from this fraud!!!!!

Finally got them to admit they had received the product still have not gotten a refund as of 12/08/22……. Still appears to be a fraud to me!

I have ordered some of their heart supplements but have not been sent, have emailed and tried to contact but no response, wondering if scam?

I love this product, it gives me energy.

3 years ago my annual PSA check up went from 2-3. Concerns my urologists send me for and MRI and biopsy. Biopsy confirmed I had cancer. On the Gleason scale it was 1. The protocol was to do a biopsy the second year. Results no change. I started on your Prostrate supplement the day I had this cancer report. The wonderful results was that my yearly PSA shows a download trend. From 3.8 down to 3.2. My urologists is very happy and told me to continue to do whatever I am doing. And this is because I live in Cyprus. I ve been told you won t deliver to Cyprus any more because apparently packages are getting lost and stolen all the time. This is not true...I used to order regularly from you because you have the best products to meet our health needs, and this over a long period ( I was a very good customer of your's), and I ve always received the packages except for 1...and this was because of delays to Covid, and I eventually got it after 2 or 3 months, but I received EVERYTHING I ordered.
So now please resume deliveries to Cyprus so we can start re-ordering from you again.
YOUR PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST ON THE MARKET, so do something for us.
