Excellent service from Advance Supplies. I have emailed two enquiries today and have received responses straight away. They are very knowledgeable about their products and recommend alternatives that are more appropriate for our patients and staff.

I have been using Advance Supplies now for over 2 years and they are great. They are so helpful with any question you have or any information you need. Natasha Strutt has been the person i have been in contact with for the past 2 years with all my orders and she has been fantastic. She is always there to help.I work at school and we need various different products for our cleaning staff and i have currently moved to a new school and i am still using Advance Supplies.

Advance Supplies have been fantastic over the last 12 months and have gone above and beyond to ensure we have everything that we need for our cleaning team on time, every time.
Natasha our account manager has been amazing and has handled our account impeccably. Whether it's a last minute request or a check-in to see if there is anything that we need nothing is too much trouble.
Natasha has also helped us to look at the products that we use and suggested new products to help reduce our plastic waste and be more sustainable which is really important to our business.
Overall we are really happy with the service and would happily recommend to others.

I have used Advance Supplies for many years for work and have always found them to be competitively priced and very efficient. Rhiannon is very helpful when I require an item that is not listed on the website and generally sends me a quotation within an hour or so.

We always receive an excellent service from Rhiannon, she is always prompt with quotations. She also contacts us if we haven not placed an order for sometime to make sure we are okay for stock. The only reason we have not given a 5star rating is because of the deliveries. Some deliveries have just been left at the door of our main reception with no call or contact. Which makes outside of our offices untidy. This however has been reported so hopefully from now on will not happen.

I’ve always received a very professional service. Quotes are returned to me by Rhiannon in super quick time and she often touches base with me to see if everything is okay and if I’m running low on anything. Products are always delivered in quick time which is important to me in my position . Highly recommend!

This company let me process an order then emailed me stating my goods are out of stock, even though their website states low stock, not out of stock but low stock. I paid £7.95 for 2 to 3 working days only to be told it will take a week.

I emailed the company to complain and only got the option to cancel my order, to to resolve the issue like offering a goodwill gesture towards the deliver charge. That would have been good customer service. If you choose to buy from this company please be aware
