Knowing this company was not far from…
Knowing this company was not far from where my daughter lives in Hanham Bristol I was stuck due to a blown fuse and no satnav working. I diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and chanced my arm by popping in and asking if they could assist by me purchasing a new fuse. I would add that I am not there usual customer type as they are a quality car body repair business. However they could not have been so accommodating and helpful by supplying me a new fuse for free. They really put themselves out and was so pleasant in the whole process. If this is how they treat a client that truly was not a customer then just imaging how well they treat everyday customers. Having said this I gained the impression that this is how they treat everyone and I would not hesitate using their body repair services should this ever be necessary. Thumbs up to Advantage Valley it is so nice to be respected.
