Wonderful old-fashioned personal service

I always shop here when I am in Sidmouth. This time, whilst at home, I found something on their website and emailed them for more information. A couple of emails later, a reply was received with details, costs, pictures, a phone number, name of the contact and which department to contact. A quick phone call to a charming man and the deal was done. Such good old-fashioned personal service, no robots, AI or anything other than a proper person. Wonderful,
